Quality Management System with ISO 9001 at Wood-Mizer is already 20 years old!

Wood-Mizer is a modern company that continuously supplies customers worldwide with high-quality products and services. More than 20 years ago, we implemented our first Quality Management System for sawmill blade production and maintenance services. 

Wood-Mizer received its first certificate on March 3rd, 2003, from the British certification office Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, confirming that the Quality Management System used in the company is compliant with the international ISO 9001 standard. Since then, the certificate has been updated regularly so we can continuously deliver our customers the best-quality sawmill blades and sawmill blade maintenance services. 

Accordingly, we've just received a congratulatory letter and a Quality Management Excellence award from the LRQA office supervising our system. 

Those companies whose Quality Management System is certified with ISO 9001 are well-perceived and trusted by customers, as their efforts focus mainly on meeting customers’ expectations and demands while raising their level of satisfaction.  

From a company point of view, a Quality Management System secures a firm position in the market, allowing for even more efficient planning, comprehensive supervision of ongoing processes, and generally, a continuous improvement of all operations.  

At Wood-Mizer, a confirmation of our involvement in continuous quality improvement is reflected in the declaration of Quality Policy:
