LT40WIDE – A new wider head for our most popular sawmill

The NEW version of the LT40WIDE allows for processing cants up to 88cm wide (15cm wider than the regular LT40) and logs up to 105cm in diameter thanks to the cantilever design. To provide additional blade stability, we have improved the blade guide arm that will help operators get a perfect cut every time.

MB200 – Slab Flattening Mill The SlabMizer

MB200 Slab Flattener efficiently surfaces and flattens wood slabs, boards, burls, cookies, and other wide material with minimal labor. The slab flattening mill features 1420 mm wide x 203 mm thick x 558 mm long capacity, powered cutter head directional controls with variable feed speed, 5" router/planer cutter head with five four-sided knives, and a sanding head attachment for fine finishes.

LX250 – Extra-Wide Twin Rail Sawmill with 135cm width of cut

Designed for sawyers and woodworkers that need to saw massive slabs and boards, the LX250 joins the Wood-Mizer LX Series of sawmills that are engineered to saw wider and deeper than other sawmills in their class. The durable steel bed will withstand continuous sawing and weight requirements of larger logs,along with raised cross sections for easier loading of logs with forklift or a tractor allows for easier sawmilling.

HR250 - Compact Twin Blade Horizontal Resaw with Digital Setworks

The unique design of the HR250 allows to resaw a cant into 2 or 3 pieces with each pass. Easy to transport, delivered partially pre-assembled, digital setworks and additional safety features makes it very easy to fit it into an existing high-production lumber operation to increase recovery yield. Thin-kerf bandsaw blades require less maintenance and reduce servicing time during a shift to a minimum.
